Directions
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the raviolis according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk to create an egg wash. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, garlic powder, and salt.
Dip each cooked ravioli into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet and repeat with remaining raviolis.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated raviolis in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
For the basil dipping sauce, combine fresh basil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
