Ingredients
Noodle Soup with Stewed Pork

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onions, garlic, and ginger to the pot. Cook until fragrant.
Add the stewing pork and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and let the pork simmer for 2 hours, until it becomes tender.
Once the pork is tender, remove it from the pot and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
Return the shredded pork to the pot and add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
