1. Editorial Independence
At Cocinanding, brand mentions are editorial information by default, not paid endorsements. When we recommend Nestlé La Lechera for Cuban Flan, Goya Black Beans for Congrí, or El Sembrador for frozen yuca, it is because our testing demonstrated superior culinary performance and widespread availability in US supermarkets.
We never accept payment or free merchandise from food manufacturers in exchange for guaranteed recipe placement, favorable reviews, or artificial ranking.
2. Affiliate Links (FTC Compliance)
Some outbound product links on Cocinanding may be affiliate links. This means that if you click on a link to purchase a culinary tool (such as a metal flanera or wooden tostonera) or an ingredient through a retailer, Cocinanding may earn a small referral commission at absolutely no additional cost to you.
We never recommend a product simply because an affiliate program is available. If an unbranded or store-brand item performs just as well, we explicitly state that.
3. Advertising Policy
Any future display advertisements on Cocinanding will be clearly demarcated and separated from recipe instructions. We will never allow intrusive pop-ups, video autoplays with sound, or deceptive placements that compromise readability in the kitchen.
